Become a key part of our growth course as a customer manager (m/w/d) for client-lifecycle management, as well as account and depot topics, where market relevance and direct customer contact are at first place. From customer contact to the smooth handling of the daily operating business around the business partner management as well as account and depot – you keep the threads in hand!

Customer onboarding: You take over activities as part of the onboarding of new business partners taking into account the customer due diligence process. These include precise information acquisition by the customer, quality assurance and transfer to DZ BANK's IT systems. KYC & Customer Monitoring: You ensure the smooth running of the KYC process, react flexibly to changing requirements and ensure correct business partner data – always with a view to compliance with legal and regulatory provisions. Account and depot management: You manage the account and depot business – from the opening to the full implementation of changes. You act in close cooperation with our corporate customer service providers and work efficiently in day-to-day business with the central customer management. In addition, you will take into account (future) compliance regulations in close coordination with our experts from the Center of Competence if necessary. You actively engage in projects and contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our processes with your work.

Completed bank or office business training – optionally supplemented by a study of economics, BWL or comparable Multiannual experience in sales support, at least 5 years of professional experience in direct customer business (personal/phone), ideally in corporate customer business Very good basic knowledge, e.g. in the compliance environment and very good knowledge of the legal framework of banks Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge Very good German and good English in word and writing
