The area of outsourcing management designes and manages cooperation with external service providers across the entire lifecycle and thus makes a central contribution to the secure and sustainable orientation of the organization. The focus is on the risk-oriented classification of performance references, an effective and prudent service provider control and the continuous development of third-party risk management in line with DORA and MaRisk. As a competent partner, we advise the departments and responsible for regulatory components of the reporting. At the same time, our team is responsible for audit-relevant topics and ensures sustainable and reliable governance in outsourcing and third party risk management.

Establishment, development and operational implementation of effective third party risk management Identification, assessment and monitoring of risks related to external service providers Planning and control of complex tasks in Vendor Management – from analysis to implementation Development and implementation of processes, guidelines and control mechanisms Conducting risk analyses, due diligence checks and regular reviews/audits of service providers Management and monitoring of risk mitigation measures, and preparation of reports and policy templates for management Close cooperation and technical control with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, compliance, IT, law)

Completed studies in business, law, IT or a comparable qualification, as well as at least 6 years of professional experience Multiannual experience in third-party risk management, Vendor management or a related area Impressed ability to analyze complex facts in a structured manner and to implement them in a solution-oriented manner Found experience in planning and controlling challenging projects Very good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management standards Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders in order to bring together different interests and develop sustainable solutions Very careful, detailed operation with high technical accuracy
