Holistic therapy: Actuating-oriented assessment and treatment with a focus on everyday participation and quality of life according to ICF are everyday for you. Your “Herzensthema”: Whether hand therapy, neurofeedback or another specialist focus – you bring your heart topic and we integrate your special area. Interprofessional teamwork: You are the link between your client: inside and other professionals. You are in regular exchange with your colleagues, nursing & doctors:inside for a holistic and sustainable care of your clients:inside. Entering individual needs: You conduct individual and group therapies in line with your clients' resources. Consultancy & Guide: You strengthen relatives and implement strategies to promote self-reality and participation. Accompanying on site: You bring the therapy into the life of your client: inside and working in our co-operating facilities (care homes and kitas).

Qualification: completed training or study of ergotherapy. Special emphasis: You like to work with geriatric, gerontopsychiatric or neurological clients. Posture: Curiosity, joy in relationship building and an interdisciplinary, client-centric working. Self-organization: Own-responsible work in our co-operating facilities throughout Berlin.
