You take on the holistic support and further development of our existing SAP HCM landscape. You act as a connecting interface between the departments and our external SAP service providers. You take requirements from the departments and implement them in sustainable, efficient solutions. You accompany the HR departments through active cooperation in innovative projects on their way to digital transformation.
You have a degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with strong IT or SAP reference. You bring multi-year professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally in a role like SAP consultant:in, SAP developer:in or in a similar function. You have well-founded knowledge in SAP HCM, especially in customizing, and have a very good understanding of the integration with adjacent systems as well as the use of common interface technologies (e.g. ALE, PO, CPI) and modern user interfaces such as Fiori. You are experienced in the technical implementation of central HR functions (e.g. personnel master data management, organization management, personnel accounting, time management, data migration, self services, interfaces).
