Construction, conversion and further development of own machines. No series production, no assembly inserts, no shift or weekend work.

Our client is a medium-sized industrial company based in Saerbeck near Münster (Kreis Steinfurt). The company develops, builds and continuously develops its own machines and special technical solutions.

Instead of standardized series production expected Here you will find a varied activity with a lot of practical relevance: You work on individual machines, accompany renovations and optimizations and help to develop technical solutions in a sustainable manner. This creates short decision-making paths, direct exchange with those responsible and plenty of space for their own ideas. A technically gifted personality is sought, who likes to prepare, understands machines and enjoys not only maintaining technical solutions but actively shaping them.

Construction and assembly of company-owned machines and technical installations Maintenance, repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and mechanical assemblies troubleshooting and elimination of mechanical disturbances Participation in conversions, retrofittings and technical optimizations of existing machines Assembly, adaptation and replacement of mechanical components Ensuring the operability and operational readiness of the machines Support in implementing individual technical solutions

(m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession; alternatively relevant professional experience Experience in assembly, maintenance or mechanical engineering Embossed mechanical understanding and craftsmanship Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation

unlimited fixed employment with an annual salary of up to € 55,000 (depending on qualification and experience) Regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 07:00 – no shift, night, weekend or holiday work No assembly or external services 30 days Occupational pensions as well as employee-funded supplementary sickness insurance
