Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of employees of factory safety in compliance with the QM, ZG and safety guidelines Responsibility for the alignment of factory safety and operational business, taking into account the company's objectives including independent execution of projects Support and monitoring of access and monitoring systems and the visitor management system Coordination of delivery and pick-up to the factory premises Ensuring efficient and cost-conscious factory safety Optimization and rationalization of workflows Ensuring compliance with safety and behaviour rules on the premises Responsibility for the CS process

Complete training on the master of protection and safety or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable leadership position Deep knowledge of surveillance protection in compliance with statutory and operational regulations High IT affinity (e.g. visitor management, access and ERP systems, MS office package) Enforceability and Conflict Management
