Data Manager (m/w/d) CAFM-System

Become our Data Manager (m/w/d) for the CAFM system - centrally controlled from wooden wind! Your mission: You are the hub for managing all data around our Rhenus locations - worldwide! Whether rentals or property, you make sure that our CAFM system is up-to-date, precise and reliable at all times.

You manage and maintain all location-related data in the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management). You coordinate with international locations and control a global network of our modern office in Holzwickede. You ensure data quality and integrity for all Rhenus properties. You’ll start reports and evaluations to support portfolio management and contribute to decision-making for location strategies. You work closely with IT, facility management and external service providers. You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our CAFM system. A dynamic team with flat hierarchies awaits you in an international environment.

You have experience in handling CAFM systems or comparable data management tools. You work structured and independent. You think analytic and enjoy dealing with data. You convince by communication strength and team skills - also in the international context. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Ideally, you have first experiences in real estate or facility management.
