• Successful completion of the Senior Caregiver Health and nursing
• Empathy in dealing with our mentally ill people
• ready for shift and weekend service
• Good organizational talent, care and initiative
• EDV-Kenntisse (MS-Office)

Your tasks...

• Psychosocial care and activation of the residents to design a structured daily routine
• Support and promotion of the inhabitants for individual and self-determined living and for equal participation in life in society
• Reference services for residents and for a housing group
• Planning, implementation and support of leisure activities, appointments, purchases, etc.
• holistic care, planning, implementation and documentation of care and treatment care measures
• Internal documentation

SOCIAL. REGIONAL. Following this motto, the BEZIRKSVERBAND OLDENBURG (BVO) runs 17 highly qualified specialist institutions for people with disabilities, institutions of child and youth assistance, homeless assistance and nursing homes for senior citizens. The BVO has over 1,300 employees.

The Wohnheim Friedenstraße offers integration aid for people with mental illnesses. According to the need for care, residents are guided, accompanied and encouraged to receive or extend their own competences. The residence also includes a housing community for self-employment.
