Service Delivery Manager (w/m/d), 1328-22

You are the main contact partner / main contact partner for the customers/customers in questions about the ongoing operation of the IT and control corresponding technical queries as well as action needs in the relevant specialist departments You organize and moderate status meetings (internal and with customers) You take over the acceptance and coordination of the processing of customer complaints for ongoing operation and bind the relevant specialist areas in the solution finding You are responsible for controlling and monitoring the implementation of operational customer requirements You work in the conceptual development of the service, operating and process landscape for office communication and the specialist process operation of the assigned customer groups with You take over management, control and coordination tasks as part of the operating processes aligned with the ITIL process model You are the first escalation entity and initiate the necessary decision and escalation processes according to the escalation matrix You take over the technical reporting to customers If necessary, you will revise the hand achievements made by the departments for customers

You have a successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, etc. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist / computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and multiannual relevant activities. You have sound knowledge and multi-year experience in service delivery management, customer support for IT solutions and transformations of large IT infrastructures In addition, you have very good background knowledge in the services desk, back-end services (e.g. Windows Server Services) and IT infrastructures Ideally, you will use your knowledge and experience with Exchange, Active Directory, Networks, Virus Protection and Windows Client Management You are characterized by self-sufficiency and a high affinity for developing innovative service solutions
