As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior Personnel Officer.

In your role as Senior HR Business Partner / Senior Personnel Officer, you as a competent contact person for all personnel questions provide a defined area of employees of our dispatch center. They understand themselves as service providers of our operational management and all colleagues at the site and master problems with empathy and flexibility. The Senior HR Business Partner / Senior Personnel Officer reports to the personnel manager of the site.

Key job responsibilities

• Close cooperation with the executives of your department and support them in the exercise of their leadership tasks
• Strategic cooperation with the works council
• organisation and implementation of special projects such as employee surveys including the derivation of necessary recommendations for action in relation to location-wide or network-wide management and communication culture or adaptation of processes
• Use of modern tools for personnel work and cross-border cooperation with other company locations
• Co-responsibility for the smooth running of all operational personnel processes

• Various tasks such as coaching of executives
• Control of typical processes by management of KPI's
• Intensive negotiations on regulations with the works council
• Support for strategic decisions as a consultant for management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete economic, social studies or related subject
• Good work and social insurance knowledge
• Good notes of the Business Constitution Act and its legal position
• Experience in cooperation with an works council
• Knowledge of HR-relevant processes and experience in employee-relevant processes
• ability of self-organization by IT based tools like MS Office or similar
• Flowing German and English skills (CEFR C2) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in a fast-paced company preferably in the field of logistics, retail, production or manufacturing
• High communication capability and customer orientation
