In Rostock / Schwerin and at our construction sites, an interdisciplinary team awaits you, which uses modern tools and celebrates project success together in a close shoulder Your mission – from planning to key transfer: E-TGA end-to-end: Control of electrical systems on our SF projects – quality, deadline and budget LEAN & BIM in everyday life: Tactics, Last Planner®, Model-based Coordination (Revit / BIM models) and Digital Building Day Reports Handle interfaces: Seamless coordination with architecture, HLSK, façade, extension and after-contractors – solution-oriented and pragmatic Safety & Compliance: Work protection, standards and environmental standards actively enforce (including DIN / VDE, VOB) Procurement & Quality: Participation in tendering / commissioning, sample areas / FAT / SAT, testing scales and billing commissioning & handover: functional and integration tests (e.g. KNX / DALI / BACnet), documentation, acceptances – up to warranty
