You're moving with us:

In your role you create independent operating and heating cost accounting for residential and commercial properties. The heating costs and user data will be reported to the measuring service companies in due time and will carefully check the tracers for accuracy and completeness. In close cooperation with the competent administrators, you enter and check contractual arrangements and the transferability of individual cost items. In doing so, you are responsible for a cost allocation that is appropriate to the costs. Edit incoming requests and contradictions regarding operating and heating cost accounting and answer competently and solution-oriented.

Your commercial training, ideally with real estate cover, has been successfully completed. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, preferably in the field of operating and heating cost accounting. With your very good numerical understanding and secure application knowledge in the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, you convince us. In addition, you have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level in word and writing. A hand-on mentality in conjunction with self-responsibility work completes your profile.
