We are looking for a branch manager (m/w/) for our internal JobImpulse team in Lüdenscheid. Start of activity: 16.03.2026

Total responsibility for the operational day-to-day business of your location – focusing on efficiency, quality and sustainable results Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of your internal team Active new customer acquisition and maintenance and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships Responsibility for the Recruiting Process: Selection of suitable candidates (m/w/d) and optimization of personnel recovery strategies Participation in the personnel disposition incl. Operation planning and capacity control Budget planning, economic management of the site and continuous optimization of internal processes Ensuring a smooth running of the daily business including reporting, data management and preparation of the monthly financial statements

Experience in personnel service, employee transfer or distribution Current activity, e.g. as a human resource (m/w/d), sales agent (m/w/d) or deputy branch manager (m/w/d) First leadership experience or the desire to go the next career step Embossed sales and entrepreneurship with hands-on approach Clear, empathic communication and high responsibility Regional market knowledge or an existing network are advantageous
