For our work in the Mockau II refugee accommodation, we are now looking for support from employees who, with their heart, enthusiasm and flexibility, support our residents of all their origins, ages and in various family constellations. Employment is possible in full-time or part-time (32-39 hours/where). The place is first terminated until 31.03.2026, with option for extension. Care of asylum seekers and asylum seekers on site in shiftwork Support in the development of target group-specific concepts Design, organisation and implementation of various leisure activities according to the leisure plan Design of responsibility areas as well as compliance with order and cleanliness in e.g. inhabitant kitchen, studio, hairdresser, TV room and training rooms Implementation and documentation of the Inhabitant Council (Council of Nations) Creating flyers and posters according to coordination requirements Planning and implementation of training for residents Support for the coordination of violence in the collection of cases, and support for clearing offers With design of the outdoor facilities including care in the respective relevant areas

Successful completion of studies in the following areas: Social pedagogy, sociology, pedagogy, social work, intercultural communication, German as a foreign language (B.A.) or equivalent, or an education as: State-appointed educator (m/w/d) or health education nurse Joy in dealing with people from foreign cultures Intercultural competence and experience in migration Openness, patience, safe and friendly appearance Organizational and networked thinking High personal commitment, resilience and team skills Ready for shift and weekend work (Monday to Sunday incl. holidays in the 2 shift principle) Appropriate mobility when approaching the workplace A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
