As a quality managerin, you are responsible for the operational quality and accreditation business according to the current needs and predefined standards, processes and tasks on site and perform quality and accreditation tasks. In addition, you are responsible for quality assurance according to the legally and operationally prescribed standards and standards. The planning, organisation and implementation of internal audits is also one of your tasks. They are responsible for implementing corrective and preventive measures, eliminating the causes of non-conformities and monitoring and implementing derived improvement measures. In your role, you identify the QM specific actions from complaint and error management, audits, improvement projects, QS, process and performance management, quality culture activities, accreditation activities etc. and monitor compliance with the measures. They write QM reports, participate in the management evaluation and train as well as support the local teams and departments related to Quality and accreditation issues. They are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and development of QM and accreditation KPIs. They are entitled to block process sequences as well as test and measurement equipment according to defined procedures and work instructions and act as contact persons in authorities and external organisations (e.g. accreditation bodies).

Completed studies, preferably in the technical field Training as a quality management officer as well as an auditor (ISO 9001) as well as a well-founded experience in quality management, preferably in a service company ISO standards 9001 and good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17029 and ISO/IEC 17065 Good knowledge of processes and CVP Knowledge of how to use QM systems as well as QM database and how to use MS Office High problem-solving competence as well as the ability to create and implement ideas for improvements Embossed team orientation combined with strong enforcement capability Very good English and German knowledge in word and writing readiness to travel
