Active participation in the establishment of diversity, equity & inclusion topics in the corporate context (e.g. in terms of equal opportunities, multigeneration or disability) Development and partial independent implementation of internal and external events and workshops (e.g. on the subject of unconscious prejudices) Support in the implementation and development of development programmes for employees and executives in the field of diversity, equity & inclusion Cooperation in the implementation of a global employee survey on inclusion Conception of communication strategies and production of internal and external communication contributions (e.g. articles, social media posts) Preparation of presentations and resolution templates Research on current diversity, equity & inclusion trends, topics and creation of reporting Accompanying targeted measures in their implementation, as well as the possibility to take over independent projects

You are still studying or bringing a degree with business administration, psychology, political sciences or art related courses with intersections on the topic of diversity You bring a high degree of self-initiative & engagement and you have to actively drive Bock diversity topics and projects You are an organizational institution Communication is one of your strengths In the best case, you will bring pre-experience and special interest in diversity-oriented topics with With team spirit and flexibility you can identify In dealing with PowerPoint, Excel and Co. you know very well You speak German fluently and have good English skills in word and writing You bring 6 months from August 2025 with
