Communication joy meets customer service: With empathy and product knowledge, you enrich our phone marketing, both in the active sale of our products and in the care of our customers in medical retail. You can use your extensive experience in telesales or sales to develop and maintain relationships with customers, decision-makers and opinion images – and to build a professional relationship management. With your structured as well as expert and sustainable phone support, you contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and reach your set sales goals with ease. You know how to show products very communicatively and therefore work closely with our marketing and colleagues in the field service to successfully implement campaigns and communication strategies. It is clear that in all of this, you can also leave in the administrative area: you document and collect your activities in our CCRM system, take over telephone reminders, keep open invoices and support in recall actions.

Successfully completed training in commercial or healthcare Multiannual experience in telesales and Sales (internal or external services) treated with MS-Office; Experiences with SAP, Qlik and Microsoft Dynamics are beneficial Safe handling of digital media and tools Embossed customer, sales and service orientation paired with proactive communication capability and a very good expression Power of persuasion on the phone, conflict and joy in dealing with people
