We develop software products for the management of life insurance contracts in Germany and Europe in cross-functional teams. We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/w/d) to clarify the requirements together with the internal clients, to describe IT implementations and to successfully deliver the software products to our internal customers.

Business Analyst for Digitalization (m/w/d) Process analysis and optimization: Analyze, evaluate, modify and optimize processes and functional requirements of the Allianz Business System for maximum efficiency. Feasibility studies and cost assessment: Conduct technical analyses and evaluate new requirements regarding feasibility and cost. Conceptual implementation alternatives and describe them in precise user stories. Quality Assurance and Documentation: Make product-specific and subject-specific facts understandable and provide consistently high quality and adequate documentation. Conception and process design: Create technical concepts, process designs and business rules. Accompany the implementation of IT within the team for smooth processes. Test processes and system changes: Define optimal test processes, carry out tests, and perform commissioned system changes to ensure functionality. Troubleshooting and customer communication: Fix bugs and defects in ongoing application operation quickly and efficiently. Ensure customer-oriented communication to ensure trust and satisfaction.

This brings you as a business analyst in the area of digitalization (m/w/d) Academic qualification: Successful completion in the master's degree of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable disciplines with at least good results. Team skills and communication: Working in the team is fun and you have a very good communication capability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Analytical and creative solution-finding: passion for analytical and conceptual work, combined with creative solution-findingproject work: You have already gained initial experience in project work and have applied the methodological knowledge of a business analyst (requirement management, process management, test management). Agile software development and tools: Agile software development is familiar to you and you are enjoying making independent decisions. Ideally, you have knowledge of agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Self-employed working and quality awareness: targeted and independent working with high quality awareness and customer orientation. Language knowledge and programming experience: German knowledge (C2) and secure English knowledge in word and writing, ideally complemented by experiences in query and programming languages such as SQL and Java.
