This is expected Our Command Center team ensures smooth IT operation of our highly critical applications and infrastructures and protects the KfW effectively from cyber attacks. The 24 /7 monitoring, detection of faults and coordination for troubleshooting are the responsibility of the Command Center. We are looking for reinforcement in our team for this exciting task. You coordinate and control the work in the SOC and Command Center. This makes a significant contribution to the consistency and transparency of the communication flows in particular. between 1st and 2nd level. You are the key player for the 1st level analysis team in technical questions. You identify and coordinate training needs and actively develop the service performance of the SOC, including the defined KPIs. In addition to coordination and control, the team relieves you of load peaks that may occur and support the operational activities in the 1st level support.

This will bring you You convince us with a MINt degree or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the field of IT security/SOC. Their diverse expertise includes basic knowledge in IT processes and ITILv4 as well as knowledge in Windows server operating systems, batch processing, Unix/Linux and databases such as DB2, Oracle and SQL servers. In addition, you will bring experiences in the splunk research and security analysis. You have experience in project management, provider control and/or operating control, preferably in the field of SOC.
