Team leadership: You guide the team of payroll accounting in a disciplined and professional manner and develop employees. Payment: You carry out the billing of charges for permanent employees, assistants, student assistants and interns on their own responsibility - always in compliance with statutory and collective agreements. Annual change: You take over all annual changes, e.g. pay tax certificates, annual reports to health insurance companies or holiday provisions, and support the annual accounts. Special cases: You are responsible for special tax and social law cases, such as job ticket, occupational pension schemes (health care and direct insurance), foreign correspondents, life-time accounts. Reporting system: You process the entire reporting and certification, including the electronic work certificate. Tests: You are the central contact person for internal and external auditors. Processes: You actively participate in projects and drive optimizations of processes and processes in payroll accounting.
