The Bosch Building Technologies division is an internationally leading provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property values and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability. Bosch Building Technologies is part of the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. As an intern, you will become part of the newly created society in the future and will participate in a team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries and globally connected. As part of your internship, you will work together with us to design the diverse tasks in the HR field with a focus on personal care. You get to know the processes along the entire working life cycle – from entry to support to exit – and actively contribute to the daily work. In addition, you support the HR business partners in all personnel matters and take forward and downstream tasks in HR management as well as its interfaces. You will get a comprehensive insight into labour law issues and work on special tasks as well as smaller HR projects. You will also participate in exciting projects around a carve-out.

Education: Studies in economics, economic law, (economic) psychology or comparable Experiences and know-how: safe in handling MS Office Personality and mode of operation: You will be able to actively listen to your team, react flexibly to changes, communicate clearly and perform tasks independently, reliably and service-oriented Enthusiasm: interested and motivated in the area of staff, joy in dealing with people Languages: reliable German and good English
