Import / Purchasing Specialist – Forwarding Agent (m/f/d)

Operational resolution: You control the import operations (sea and air freight) independently from booking to goods availability. Customs & Documentation: You first and check customs documents, certificates of origin and declarations of conformity with all regulations. Correspondence: You are the daily contact for international suppliers, forwarders and customs authorities. Quality assurance: You coordinate product tests and monitor compliance with all necessary standards. Purchase support: You work closely with purchasing, support price negotiations and ensure delivery.

Qualification: You have a completed training as a forwarding businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife or a comparable commercial base. Expertise: You bring professional experience in the field of import/export and are safe in customs and foreign trade law. Program knowledge: You master MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally have experience with ERP systems. Communication: Your German is safe to negotiate and you are sure to correspond in English with our overseas partners. Working methods: You work conscientiously, structured and keep an overview even when printing.
