Software and infrastructure optimization: They ensure the optimal use and integration of both software solutions into the existing OT and IT infrastructure. Contact personin and consultantin: As an expertin advise and support the specialist departments strategically and operationally when using the tool and identify with them improvements, use cases and new requirements. You also offer training for the end users. Technical support and system monitoring: They take care of technical problems, monitor system performance and availability and take up the requirements of the specialist departments. Documentation: You develop and document guidelines and best practices for handling this tool. Convincing profile Qualification: You can demonstrate a successfully completed vocational training in the IT field, preferably as a specialist in the field of application development, a successfully completed study of the subject (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Expertise: Multiannual (vocational) experience in the management of IT applications, ideally in the field of IT service management and IT infrastructure monitoring. Expert expertise: Funded knowledge in ITIL and other relevant IT management frameworks. Personality: An analytical mindset, pronounced communication skills and team spirit. Soft-Skills: Good knowledge of German and English and the desire to work into new topics and technologies. Together as a team, OT generates this responsibility. As an internal service provider, we develop the services, systems and processes needed for the safe and automated operation of the EnBW generation portfolio. For this purpose, we operate our own IT/OT system architecture distributed over the production sites. And this, while respecting the highest safety standards, in order to meet the requirements of an operator of critical infrastructure more than just. But our task goes beyond pure system operation. As an application managerin IT service management, you are responsible for the introduction, operation and further development of our IT service management software and the monitoring software for the entire IT and OT infrastructure of EnBW generation.
