Specialist* Export & Order Processing Repairs

Processing and maintenance of service orders in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and preparation of further order processing Organization of worldwide shipping, including delivery documents and communication with courier services and forwardings settlement of import duty on returned goods and production of export declarations in compliance with applicable legal regulations Coordination and cooperation with our service technicians, internal interfaces such as purchasing and storage, as well as external suppliers to ensure service-oriented order processing Coordination and monitoring of repair processes in close coordination with order preparation and production Communication with customers via our ticket system regarding RMA status, delivery dates and shipping Support for the organisation of internal training events
