Pedagogical support worker in day care (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Pedagogical Supplementary Power (m/w/d) in day care on 1 August 2026 for our area Autism Center Chemnitz at Chemnitz site, in parttime with 30 hours a week and for a year with the option to extend**

Your tasks with us:

• Accompanying a person with special support and support needs in co-working with skilled workers, i.d.
• Participation in counselling, help plan discussions, training, supervision, active design during excursions
• Documentation and reporting according to requirements
• Support in the preparation of meals and in life-structural activities
• Promoting psychological stabilisation, accompanying stress and crisis situations, intervention in (auto)aggressive behaviour
• Promoting social interaction and communication, defining structures according to TEACCH concept

• Communication strength, team capacity and joy in cooperation with various actors
• Patience, empathy and pronounced social competence
• Physical durability, endurance and flexibility
• Immunization against hepatitis A and B
• Immunization against measles
• Management certificate
