Head of Corporate Development and Quality Management (m/f/d)

The service department manager*in company development and quality management is responsible for the strategic development of the organizational structures, processes and management systems of the company. This includes, in particular, the control and further development of the quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 as well as central governance and control instruments. The aim is to sustainably strengthen the organisational capacity, transparency and sustainability. In addition, the function ensures effective interaction of compliance, internal auditing, internal control system and risk management. You develop and control the company-wide quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and sustainability management strategically You ensure compliance with standard requirements and are responsible for their implementation in processes, documentation and organization You continuously analyze, standardize and optimize the company-wide processes You plan, accompany and conduct internal and external audits and certifications You control the continuous improvement process (CDP) and are conducting quality improvement measures You build an internal control system to ensure compliance, process security and risk mitigation and develop this You develop and implement a KPI system to control organizational performance You advise management and executives on strategic issues of organisational development You control company-wide change and innovation processes and evaluate organizational risks You ensure the successful implementation of new processes and the information and qualification of employees

Leading and coordinating You develop the employer's attractiveness with the aim of forward-looking recruitment of qualified professionals and managers You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees You control, maintain and develop staff strategically and operationally You promote a cooperative working style and constructive cooperation with colleagues from other disciplines

You have completed university studies, e.g. in business, administration, economic engineering or a comparable degree course You bring multi-year professional experience in quality management, organisational development, process management or corporate management with You have sound knowledge of quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as experience with audit and certification processes You have experience in building and developing management systems, e.g. in quality management, internal control system, risk management or compliance You have experience in project and change management and in the analysis and optimization of business processes You are characterized by pronounced communication and consulting skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
