What you can move with us Responsibility You ensure the operational processes in the team and ensure the achievement of the set goals in quality, productivity and timeliness Leadership: Lead, control and motivate your team with your leadership skills and create an environment based on cooperation, reliability and further development Organization: You take over shift and personnel deployment planning as well as capacity and supply planning, always with a view to efficient use of resources Communication: As a contact person (m/w/d) for interface areas, you provide a smooth flow of information in the daily business Quality & Processes: You ensure compliance with quality guidelines and process safety and are constantly working on improving production processes Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in the sense of the continuous improvement process (CVP) and actively implement optimization measures Support: If necessary, you will work with yourself in the operational daily business and support your team hands-on

You're right with us if... You have completed training as a process mechanic plastic technology, tool mechanic or comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in the field You were ideally able to gain first leadership experience Bringing you first knowledge of the CSDP (continuous improvement process) You as a personality through reliability, leadership mentality and high sense of responsibility You have pronounced problem-solving competence, interdisciplinary thinking and enforcement strength You are ready for shift work (currently early and late) Criticism and readiness to change round off your profile
