As JAVA team leader, you take on technical responsibility in challenging software development projects focusing on JAVA. You will also operate customer-oriented and sales-oriented. In workshops, you clarify the customer's requirements for complex individual software and subsequently develop solutions. The focus is on the backend. You design architectures and also develop themselves. As a coach, you will develop an implementation plan for the team, lead the team, answer the QS through architectural and code reviews. You will also find and evaluate new interesting techniques, such as prototypes.

Complete study of computer science or a comparable subject Professional background in consulting (no freelance) Multiannual professional experience in JAVA environment and good knowledge in modelling techniques such as UML At least first leadership experience and special communication skills towards customer Good knowledge of German in word and writing
