Your duties

• Disruption, removal and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and other facilities in the shopping center
• Implementation of repairs of technical facilities and tracking of defects
• Cooperation with local customers
• Maintenance of buildings
• Documentation and reporting

Your profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Projektmechaniker HLS (m/w/d)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Openness and secure appearance to customers
• High level of self-organisation
• Communication strength and enforcement
