You care and accompany neurological, neurooncological and neurosurgical patients with speciality, tranquility and heart. You monitor, document and design nursing measures, work closely with doctors, therapists and colleagues and support patients and relatives in often challenging situations. Especially important: You are not only professionally involved, but also human – with ideas, communication strength and desire to act together. In a department of change, you actively shape new ways in cooperation, team building and interdisciplinary communication.

You are a nursing professional, health care and nursing professional, elderly care professional or have a comparable qualification. You like to work independently, you can delimit yourself well and you want to be part of a real restart with your experience, clarity and ideas. You want the “new normal”: more exchange, more participation, more common development. Experiences in neurology, neurooncology or neurosurgery are a plus, but not a must.

Real co-design: You are actively working on team culture, transformation and new ways of cooperation.
