As a Product Owner - Digital solutions, you will create the energy future with us. You make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our company and help our colleagues master the challenges of the energy transition. Solution Identification and Analysis: You identify digital solutions to optimize our business processes and, together with our specialist departments, analyze the added value for the company. Integration of solutions: You take the lead of the projects to integrate this solution into our existing process and system landscape. This requires close cooperation with specialist departments to identify specific requests for adaptation and integrate them into the solution. Coordination and communication: As a link between external providers of digital solutions and disciplines, you can ensure a smooth flow of information and ensure that all participants are at the same level and are actively involved in the process. Risk and Change Management: You recognize potential obstacles and risks in implementation early on and work proactively on solutions to ensure the success of the project. In addition, you promote the acceptance of new solutions within the organization and affected areas by effective change management. Success control and optimization: You monitor the performance of the implemented solutions in the roll-out phase and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum effectiveness and satisfaction. Careful transfer to the plant: After successful completion of the project, you will ensure a seamless and thorough transfer of the new systems to the operating teams. You ensure that all necessary documentation is provided and training is carried out to ensure smooth operation and sustainable use of the solutions.

You will bring a successfully completed master's degree in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, business management or a comparable discipline.
