Your tasks: Your responsibility lies in the acquisition, commissioning and control of supervisors in rail replacement and bus emergency traffic You work closely with internal service units and external partners: You support the planning and optimization of supervisory processes taking into account quality and efficiency criteria Checking, pre- and post-processing of job records and billing control You recognize potential for improvement in your area and develop uniform training standards to ensure consistent quality

Your profile: You have a successfully completed commercial training in the transport-related or service-related area Ideally, you have first professional experience in public transport, service management or project coordination You bring a high level of communication skills as well as a secure and binding occurrence towards internal and external partners: With your affinity for process optimisation and quality assurance, you are instrumental in constantly improving processes Hands-on mentality and teamwork are lived by you You value the change between the office and occasional external services as part of the supervisory staff coordination
