Consumption & qualification of high-caliber event and group requests Self-employed preparation of events, presentations and contracts Proper follow-up for enquiries and offers as well as skillful negotiation Account preparation and control Independent collaboration with service partners and expansion of the existing network Continuous customer retention measures through personal address, e-mailing and events Recognize Cross-Sell Potential (MICE) and use it pro-actively in consultation with the sales team

A successfully completed training in the hotel area Alternatively, a corresponding study with practical experience in the upscale hotel industry/eventlocation Relevant professional experience in event sales and/or group reservation Very good communicative skills, bilingual English/German in word and writing, more languages of advantage Friendly and safe occurrence as well as a very good negotiation skill Joy in organizing and working in the team Sovereign & polite occurrence Loadability and Responsibility Independent and result-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of OPERA desirable
