Management and implementation of cross-departmental projects in the fields of process optimization, digitization and organizational transformation Conducting analyses of existing processes for identifying optimization potentials and developing proposals for increasing efficiency Active support of change processes and support for the areas of expertise in achieving project objectives and progress Promoting acceptance and understanding for new working methods and structures, in interdisciplinary exchange across all disciplines and hierarchy levels Monitoring of KPIs for the success of ongoing projects

Completed studies ideally with business and engineering shares At least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, auditing company or in-house consulting / transformation management Strong analytical and conceptual skills to develop practical and feasible solutions Extensive understanding of organisational and business relations Experience in optimizing business processes, ideally Celonis knowledge Project management competence and ability to manage complex projects and integrate different stakeholders Experience in change management and communication of change processes at different levels Team orientation and communication strength to work successfully in an interdisciplinary team Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
