Your duties Own-responsible processing and costing of projects in sewer, pipeline and civil engineering Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, performance directories and plan documents Determination of quantities and production of economically and technically resilient supply calculation the acquisition and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offers; elaboration of secondary and technical alternative proposals; Participation in award negotiations and tender presentations  supporting the building management in project preparation and handover fund; the implementation of cost analyses and yield calculations

Your profile Completed studies in civil engineering, further education for civil engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in the calculation of sewer, pipeline and civil engineering Safe handling of the VOB and technical regulations in civil engineering Experience with costing software, ideally RIB iTWO Good knowledge of MS Office Structured and independent operation Economic thinking, negotiation skills and team skills
