Planning, procurement, control and acceptance of technical services and control and development of maintenance and modernization concepts Monitoring budgets and clearance and audit of invoices settlement of insurance damage and verification of warranty claims Control of maintenance and VKS partners Object visits to state evaluation and execution of external appointments Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

Completed training: craft or technical training, ideally technician/master training or engineering studies Professional experience: in technical building management, expertise in building equipment, renovation and modernization of existing properties Hard Skills: Structured and Independent Operation, Safe Project Management, Class B Driver Soft Skills: Organizational talent, team-capable, flexible and reliable
