Task profile: Participation in wage billing Care and control of personal master data and movement data in the SAP system Implementation of monthly accounts Verification of settlement results and processing of queries

Processing of administrative personnel Creating, modifying and maintaining personal data (e.g. entrances, exits, changes of addresses or bank connections) Administration of absences (judgment, illness, parental leave)

Support in reporting and certification Creation of certificates for employees (e.g. work certificates, merit certificates) Reports to social security institutions, tax office and other authorities via SAP HR3

Data management and evaluation Maintenance of accounting-relevant data in SAP HR3 Support for evaluations and reports (e.g. monthly accounts, statistics)

Contact for employees Answering questions on wage and salary billing and personal data Support for questions about SAP Employee Self Service (ESS)

Support in process optimization Working on the further development and optimization of payroll processes Documentation of workflows and support for system tests (e.g. after updates)

Commercial or tax training Multiannual relevant professional experience, in particular in the pay bill Very good knowledge of SAP HR3 Very good knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law High sense of responsibility and initiative Self-motivated and self-confident and forward-looking High discretion and confidentiality Embossed service orientation
