Your new job

• Machine operation & monitoring: Professional fitting and operating of modern production systems (e.g. CNC lathes) for the production of precision parts and piano components.
• Quality assurance: performing regular measurement and testing operations with standard measuring instruments to meet the highest precision and quality standards.
• Assembly & fine machining: assembly of assemblies and manual post-processing (e.g. deburring) of the finished workpieces.
• Process documentation: Careful collection of production data and measurement results to ensure complete traceability.
• Plant maintenance: implementation of simple maintenance and cleaning work as well as organization of the workplace according to industrial standards.

Your profile

• Technical understanding: They have a basic technical interest and ideally experience in metal processing or operation of production facilities.
• Precision and quality awareness: They have an eye for details and take the necessary care to ensure the high quality standards in the production of precision parts and piano components.
• Safe handling of measuring devices: They are used in the handling of common measuring and testing tools for the ongoing control of the workpieces.
• Ready for shiftwork: The work in a modern production plant requires the flexibility of being active in a multilayer system (e.g. early and late layers).
• Reliability and team spirit: A conscientious way of working and good cooperation with colleagues in the team are essential for the smooth production process.
