As a valuable guide, you support social integration and orientation and offer targeted individual and group support. Your empathic nature promotes the independence of the inhabitants. You have already completed your studies as a social workerin, pedagoguePädagogin OR you are a trained nursing specialist and have trained you in the field of old therapy and psychiatry. A healthy empathy as well as a positive basic attitude to people in need of care and their listeners are of course for you. You are happy to be up-to-date and actively participate in quality measures according to SGB XI. Your open-minded handling of our residents is not only appreciated by them, but also by our team.
