Teamleiter Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d) 69123 Heidelberg, Germany In this position you take over the strategic and operational management of the Accounting & Reporting team. The professional and disciplinary leadership of the team of currently five employees is in your area of responsibility. Your tasks include the creation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS as well as the timely reporting to our corporate mother. In addition, ensure compliance with statutory and intra-group regulations and reporting obligations. The assessment and implementation of balance-of-balance sheet issues is one of your tasks as well as the implementation of our new ERP system. You support the processing of special financial topics.

You have successfully completed your business studies with the focus on accounting/tax law or can demonstrate a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year, relevant professional experience and were able to gain experience as a leadership. You have a pronounced affinity for numbers and IT topics and feel comfortable in the areas of accounting, accounting (HGB/IFRS) and tax law. You have a dynamic personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a very good communication capability.
