For our long-term customers in Extertal, we are now looking for a reliable reception force, which takes the following times in a weekly change: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 12:00 & 12:00 to 17:00.We are Piening Personnel, a prestigious staff service provider with many years of experience in personal care. You are the first contact for our guests and visitors (in German and English) You welcome visitors friendly and sorgst for a professional first impression You process incoming calls and forward them to the right contacts You are responsible for the acceptance and forwarding of the mail You manage the office materials and ensure sufficient availability

Ideally you have experience in the reception area You master the German language in word and writing Basic knowledge of English for understanding are available You convince by a friendly and clear communication on the phone Reliability, teamability and a calm appearance even in stressful situations complete your profile
