You lead a motivated team and assume leadership responsibility (approximately 50%) You actively work in the areas of special housing (19 places), outpatiently supported housing (AWS, currently 15 seats) and day structure with You accompany people in everyday life, give educational guidance and, if necessary, also take over basic care activities You develop creative offers and leisure activities for our clients You bring your ideas and contribute to the continuous development of our offers You are committed to professional cooperation and positive team development You are a networker (m/w/d) and cooperate with all the people and institutions involved

You have an education or study in the field of pedagogy or care, such as e.g. social work or health education, or a comparable qualification You ideally bring together first management experience in integration aid and are happy to take over leadership responsibility Social competence and sense of responsibility are among your strengths You like to work in the team, are communicative and motivating You show commitment, creativity and initiative in accompanying and promoting people You are happy to accompany and support people with support needs
