Head of Operational Excellence bei Osypka GmbH

Your mission You build Operational Excellence at Osypka GmbH from scratch — and leave sustainable effects. In this key role you define, implement and anchor a lean culture at the German location. You are present daily on the shopfloor, coach team leaders, moderate boards at all hierarchical levels and consistently implement improvement projects — until the teams work independently and efficiently. Your duties introduce, roll out and culturally anchor Lean Culture and Shopfloor Management at all levels Tiered Daily Management (TDM) moderate at 3 hierarchical levels and coach team leaders Regular Gemba Walks independently organize, moderate and document Develop CI roadmap and implement first projects (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA) Building KPI cascade and strategic performance tracking (OEE, Scrap, delivery reliability) Establishing Lean Six Sigma Program as an Internal Trainer and Mentor Introduction of PMO Governance and Stage-Gate Processes and Active Cooperation in S&OP and CI Projects Ensure compliance with the QM system and introduce direct employees in QMS requirements

Completed studies (MSc or PhD) in an engineering discipline Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt, or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the MedTech industry or a regulated industry (Pharma or Aerospace) Detectional success in building and roll-out of Operational Excellence programs Experience in the construction and/or roll-out of Operational Excellence programs and Shopfloor Management Knowledge of data analysis, value flow analysis and performance characteristics Excellent coaching and coaching skills Hands-on Mentality: direct, powerful and performance-oriented
