Electrical Engineering Technician - Fault Analysis / Automotive / Motorhome Technology (m/f/d)

Take care of error analysis and remote support through various tools such as apps and monitoring systems, while evaluating log data to identify issues You use your technical skills when processing complaints, whether from OEMs, dealers:inside or end customer:inside You carry out functional and quality tests during the return check and, if necessary, perform repairs You use your expertise to provide technical advice to customers in the integration of our batteries into total systems such as Victron and Mastervolt In close coordination with the development department and support, you contribute to finding and implementing efficient solutions You are in direct contact with customers: in writing, by phone or once remote “live am System” You will create comprehensive documentation that serves as a valuable resource for customers: You are responsible for building, testing and documentation of battery packs in prototype or pre-series projects You carry out cell sorting, loading/unloading, scoring & evaluation (e.g. for Second Life or B-Ware) You configure and test deep BMS functions You support sustainability goals through targeted refurbishment and life-cycle management You are working on QM processes in manufacturing & in the test area

You have a completed training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or KFZ or a comparable qualification. Beginners:with demonstrable interest & relevant practice are also welcome You have experience with battery systems, BMS, DC technology and ideally also AC system environment You have good knowledge in dealing with diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, software tools You are interested in sustainable technology and responsible use of resources You work independently, structured and enjoy solution-finding You have very good German knowledge and good English knowledge for communication with partners:inside You speak other languages (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish), which is welcome, but no need You ideally have a license class B
