Do you want to not only manage complex programs, but to actively shape them? Then, as a program manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for international projects and thus shape the further development of a future-oriented business field. The following activities are expected: Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex programs (costs, dates and quality) Control and coordination of all related projects including dependencies Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Responsibility for contract, risk and claim management Management of negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers (m/w/d) also at international level Ensuring targeted communication and sustainable customer contact care Further development of the program environment and identification of optimization potentials

Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable degree programme Experience in managing technically complex projects or programs Experience in the responsible leadership of teams Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard or higher English knowledge in word and writing (further foreign language desirable) Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation and communication skills and personal integrity Global readiness
