Working Student in Project Management (m/w/d)

In order to support the Internal Communications division at the Hamburg location, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) as soon as possible for at least 12 months.

You support us in all areas of project management (e.g. KPI tracking, content preparation, slide decks, planning and support at meetings and events). You create and send updates for various stakeholders. You support our Sharepoint appearance and bring your own ideas to its further development. You start presentations and surveys. You help us design communication formats.

You are studying full-time (preferably business studies, computer science or communication). You can support 20 hours a week and will not complete your studies within the next 12 months. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience through internships or vocational training. You are a technology-affin and you know the features of Microsoft365 (especially Sharepoint, Teams, Forms and PowerPoint and Excel). You are a team player, show engagement and initiative. You work precisely, structured and forward-looking. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
