One objective: to make distribution possible. For our locations House of Kabs (City Nord), Schwerin and Halstenbek we are now looking for key roles in the branch, which secure operations, create structure and keep the back of the sale.

You are the organizational backbone of your branch and with structure, overview and reliability that processes work and can concentrate on customers (m/w/d), consulting and conclusion – especially in high-frequency times (afternoons, Fridays, Saturdays and in action periods). Customer service and communication You are the first point of contact for telephonic and personal services, and you are responsible for a streamlined approach. You apply customer service cases, apply them and keep their follow-up in mind – even with demanding topics. In your communication you always stay friendly, structured and sovereign, even when it becomes challenging. Goods management and organisation You are sure to book goods and exits in the system and assist in the organization of goods flows. Fine distributions as well as parts (ABV) manage carefully and help with inven­tures and inventory con­trols. Prices, promotions and procedures Changes in action and price will help you clean up and control the price tags. Material and marketing services are coordinated by you. Interface and overview As an interface, you work closely with branch management, central, disposition and IT and keep open topics and tickets up-to-date. You use modern digital and AI-based tools in everyday work. You do not work in the background, but you see how your work works: quieter processes, satisfied customers (m/w/d), more successful buyers (m/w/d).

You will have a completed commercial training and provide professional experience in individual trade, in specialist and organizational activities. With digital tools and modern ways of working, you are going to be open and safe. Structured, reliable and self-employed work is self-sufficient for you, even if it becomes more sensitive. You appear friendly and binding and also keep the overview in stressful situations. Order, clarity and clean procedures are not an extra for you, but part of your appeal.
