Your role You initiate, control and responsible for cross-departmental optimization and transformation projects in operations
You analyze challenging production and business processes with high technological innovation and actively promote the further development of our Smart Factory
You conduct independent experiments directly at the shopfloor, promote data-based decisions and consistently question the status quo
You coach executives and teams, promote sustainable optimization culture and ensure strategic reporting for senior management in operations
You work closely at the interface between operations, development, quality, supply chain and business fields to effectively interlink process and technology optimization
You are prepared specifically for further management or management tasks and develop the necessary skills
Successfully completed studies of production technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline, ideally you have a doctorate
