Compulsory intern / working student in the field of employer branding & personnel marketing (m/f/d)

You support the team in implementing HR Marketing & Employer Branding campaigns You prepare the performance of Freudenberg at career fairs and in-house events You conduct research and analysis projects independently to identify new trends in the field of personal marketing & Employer branding You take over the community management on employer evaluation portals such as Kununu You support the team in administrative tasks

It is a compulsory internship within the framework of a university degree or a student working activity with a duration of at least 6 months and 20 hours per week on site You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in economics, communication, marketing or event management or a comparable course of study You have already gained first practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. through internships or as a working student You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and reliability Your strengths include very good communication skills in dealing with different internal interfaces and external contacts You feel comfortable dealing with Microsoft Office As our team is internationally oriented, very good German and English language skills are essential
