Business Resilience Expert (m/f/d)

You act as an integral part of the Group-wide resilience management system (ISO 22316) and work closely with the disciplines Business Continuity Management (DIN ISO 22301 and BSI Standard 200-4), Information Security (DIN ISO/IEC 27001) and Physical Security. In doing so, you support the Group-wide resilience, recognize interfaces and interactions and support a holistic governance of corporate security. Your focus is on the continuous development of the Group-wide Business Continuity Management according to DIN ISO 22301 and the BSI standard 200-4. As part of the team, you develop and improve concepts, guidelines, methods, procedures and action plans for the BCM according to the state of the art incl. Consultation and support of the departments in operational implementation and, where appropriate, Collection of business processes. You will fully advise departments, executives and operators of the critical plants on all topics of the BCM and work closely with the respective local commissioners. You define, coordinate and accompany thematic complex issues across the group and are key to the achievement of the department. You are involved in the possible overarching control by crisis and emergency bars and are assisting the parties as a well-founded consultant.

Completed study with focus on BCM, ISM, Cyber Security, Security Management, Risk Management (Master/Diplom) or equivalent skills or experiences. Expertise and experience in the area of information security in particular with regard to common standards (e.g. DIN ISO/IEC 27001) and standards. Found expertise and experience in the operation and further development of a business continuity management according to DIN ISO/IEC 22301 and BSI 200-4. Knowledge and experience gained in the BCM context on critical infrastructures of the energy and water industry as well as settlement waste management including practical tool based implementation of the respective legal requirements (NIS2, KRITIS Dachgesetz, EnwG and other regulatory and legal requirements). Expertise and experience in the creation and development of policies, concepts, processes for BCM, especially in the context of critical infrastructures of energy and water supply and settlement waste management. High analytical and conceptual skills, safe occurrence, pronounced communication and consulting skills as well as team skills, high operational readiness and loadability.
